Not every part we stock is available to order online. Follow the instructions below to identify the part you need; then contact us.

Customised parts orders are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of any part at any time.

CAUTION: Kinderfeets axle bolts cannot be ordered individually.
For safety reasons some parts are not available to order. This includes individual axle bolts and washers for Kinderfeets trikes and bikes. Please order a new replacement axle if you've lost the bolt that threads on to the end of an axle.

We must confirm the exact part you require before we can determine its availability and process your order. Please use one of the following methods to correctly identify the part you require.

Using Assembly Instructions

Use the assembly instructions of popular products to identify the part's number; or identifying code.

• Note the part number or code, then follow the instructions below to place your custom parts order.

Using Product Images

Send us images of the product for which you require parts. We'll need the following two (2) images:

1. An image that shows the entire product. Alternatively, cut and paste a link from our wholesale website of the relevant product page. This helps us confirm the identity of the product you own.
2. A close up image of the part you require. Please ensure the image is well lit and in focus. This helps us confirm the specific part you require.

 

Once you've identified the part your need please contact us by email to place your order. We'll then confirm the availability of this part and its cost before issuing a request for payment.

We need ALL of the following details before we can process your order.

• The part code as listed on the assembly instruction or photos that clearly identify the part (and product) involved.
• The number of units required for each part you are ordering.
• The colour and/or size of your toy if it is available in more than one colour. This is always required for Kinderfeets products.
• Full delivery address (including suburb and postcode).
• A contact name and mobile phone number in case a delivery courier needs to contact you.
• An email address we can use to arrange payment via a secure transaction gateway. We accept MasterCard and Visa only.
